Do I need to book or can I just walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome whenever there is space. Booking guarantees a PC, room or rig at peak times, and the Quiet Hours rate (10am–6pm every day) applies whether you walk in or book.
Can I bring my own keyboard or mouse?
Yes. Bring your own peripherals and plug in; the demo wall is there if you want to try something new.
Are kids and families welcome?
All ages are welcome. Under 14s come in with an adult, and kids are welcome on the static sims.
How do I pay?
Cashless only: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Buy hours or a package, then sign into your own account to use the time.
